GWG Holdings, Inc. Chapter 11 Plan

On April 20, 2022, GWG Holdings, Inc. filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.

One year later, on April 21, 2023, GWG Holdings, Inc. received approval from the Bankruptcy Court to send its Chapter 11 reorganization plan to creditors, including GWG L Bond investors, for a vote.
